Warranty & Certifications
This Limited Warranty applies to all Joy Resolve and Barisieur products, purchased from us or from authorized resellers. Please check the quality of the items upon reception and contact us if you see anything out of the ordinary. For any item damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) of the electronics, materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Joy Resolve Ltd. will replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material, electronic or workmanship defects.
Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.
Our Limited Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse or consumable parts.
What is a defect?
Please note that our products feature handcrafted parts so minor abnormalities can occur as part of the manufacturing process, however these will be assessed on a case by case basis with consideration given to the gravity of the defect. Only blemishes which fall outside the scope of what can be reasonably accepted for a hand crafted product will be remedied.
Only defects or blemishes on visible surfaces of the product when assembled are covered for assessment under the limited warranty.
What we will do?
Joy Resolve Ltd. will replace the item or part at no charge, with a new product of the same model. Please note we will only exchange affected parts.
How long does the Warranty last?
The Warranty Period for items purchased from Joy Resolve Ltd. is one (2) years starting from the date of arrival.
What is NOT covered by this limited warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that: are / is caused by / originates from:
Blemishes on non-visible surfaces of the product when fully assembled
Installation failures (wrong voltage, unstable surface etc.)
Daily wear and tear
Items not sold by us or authorised resellers
Items not manufactured by us
Misuse, mishandling of item
Theft or loss of the product

Detailed reason for return
2 x Photos of the product and proposed problem
Model/item No. of the appliance your inquiry relates to
Our order number
A contact name with phone number
Pack the Items in the original packaging
Please confirm shipping address
Promotional items (reviews, videos, etc.) are not eligible for warranty.
