Barisieur has extra features built-in such as turning off the milk fridge or the display at night - so that you can perfectly customise it to your usage.
By toggling the brew delay dial your telling the Barisieur when to start brewing in relation to your alarm.
For example, toggling it to "5 minutes" will start the brewing 5 minutes after your alarm goes off.
Turn off display at night
Click down snooze toggle 5 times. To disable, repeat process.
With this enabled, the screen becomes light sensitive. So when you turn off your lights at night the screen will turn off as well.
Disable Milk Fridge
To disable, click alarm setting dial 5 times. To re-enable click alarm setting dial 5 times.
With this enabled the fridge is turned off and wont auto detect milk. use this feature if you want to use the milk fridge to store sugar, honey, etc.
Hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
Use this in case you're experiencing technical issues.
Set to brew without alarm sound
Want to wake up to the sound of water boiling and smell of coffee without the alarm?
- Set your alarm time as usual
- Set the "Toggle Alarm" switch in teh right-most position
- click "Make" once, as usual

There was an error while placing my order. Will I be charged?
The issue you have encountered is typically due to some part of the billing information on your credit card that is not exactly matching up to what your bank has on file. When we check this information against what your bank has on file, something is coming back as being mismatched. This could be something as small as a middle initial that is on the card that you are not using or an older billing address.
Our websites security settings are set high to prevent credit card fraud. While some merchants only require certain fields of information to match, our site requires that they all match.
"Pending" or "Processing" verifications typically disappear within 24-72 hours depending on your bank's policies. You may wish to contact your bank if you have made updates to your billing address recently or need to have those verifications cleared.

What should I do if a product I want is out of stock?
We are sorry to hear that the item(s) you want is out of stock. Items are available on a first come, first served basis. To keep updated with the earliest availability on the product, you have a few options:

Which holiday do you observe?
Our office will be closed on the following holidays:

Orders placed on these days may experience a delay in processing. Please allow 1-7 business days to process during the holidays.
Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes, the billing address has to match exactly what is on your credit card billing address.
Where can I track my order? Where can I track my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipment's tracking number.
Buying as a gift?
The Barisieur comes in a reinforced cardboard box with an easy carry handle for care. Please note this is a branded box, so if you are receiving the machine with the intention of giving it as a gift, please monitor the tracking of the item so you can be there to receive it when it arrives - rather than the intended recipient! At this time we do not offer a gift/discreet wrapping or personal message facility.
Do I get charged import duties?
We have a warehouse in the UK (slough), USA (Utah), EU (Germany) and Hong Kong. Therefore if you are not in those areas you are likely to have to pay import duties/ Import VAT.
If so, you may be contacted by your country's customs agency and asked to pay customs duties when purchasing items from abroad. Please check your individual country's government website for more information on possible duty charges when importing goods.
I need to change or cancel my order, what do I do?
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. As long as the order has not been processed, we are able to cancel your order. However, during promotion periods such as Cyber Weekend, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed due to the high volume of orders received during this time.
You should be able to cancel the order on your side and Shopify (our website platform) will refund the money if we have yet to fulfill/despatch your item.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
No. Only one promo code may be applied per order and may not be combined with any other offer.
