How do I set up and get brewing?
We try to share as much helpful information as possible when it comes to setting up, perfecting your brews, and personalising your experience. Each purchase will come with an information booklet, and over on our website you can find detailed step-by-step guides, tips and tutorials on how to get the best out of your brewing machine at home.
What can I use in the brewing machines?
You can use any ground coffee or tea, and you can even grind your coffee beans when you have a Joy Resolve Groove Compact grinder. AllPress air roasting coffee is available to buy on our website, which can take your coffee to the very edge of flavour development; while retaining a clean and sweet tasting roast.
What happens if I wish to return my item?
We try our hardest to make the refund or replacement process as easy as possible. However, we need as much help from you to ensure that you are properly serviced. We will refund most unwanted goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt complete, and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for more info.
What happens if the item I received is damaged?
For any item damaged upon arrival, you should contact us within 30 days of when it arrived. Joy Resolve Ltd. will replace the item or part at no charge, with a new product of the same model. Please note we will only exchange affected parts. Visit our Warranty & Defects page for more info.
Does my product come with a warranty?
The Warranty Period for items purchased from Joy Resolve Ltd. is one (2) years starting from the date of arrival. This Limited Warranty covers any defects of the electronics, materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Joy Resolve Ltd. will replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material, electronic or workmanship defects. What should I do if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, but if the order has not been processed, we are able to cancel your order. You should also be able to cancel the order on your side too, and Shopify (our website platform) will refund the money if we’re yet to process and dispatch your order. During promotion periods (Cyber Weekend), we’re unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your shipment's tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery.
Will I be charged import duties?
We have a warehouse in the UK (Slough), USA (Utah), EU (Germany) and Hong Kong. Therefore, if you’re not in those areas you’re likely to have to pay import duties/Import VAT. In this case, you may be contacted by your country's customs agency and asked to pay customs duties when purchasing items from abroad. Please check your individual country's government website for more information on possible duty charges when importing goods.
